This cute and cozy tiny home was the perfect weekend getaway! Exceptionally clean and efficiently designed, it offered a cozy, high-quality experience with a loft bed and a fully stocked kitchenette. We loved the private hot tub and stunning views of the river. My husband enjoyed fishing just steps away from the tiny home. Dan and Annie answered any questions that we had very quickly. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape! We cannot wait to stay again!

This Airbnb was a nice quiet stay that we were able to walk downtown to explore and were a good driving distance to Maquoketa Caves and Dubuque. Friendly town and fun to explore the natural sites around it

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views of the river and the house had everything we needed. The AC wasn’t working for our visit, but Dan was proactive and had a portable unit in the space before we arrived. Everything was clean and comfortable! Had a great time, thanks Dan!

The location is wonderful! It is right on the river. The camper was clean and well stocked. I would stay here again. Dan met us at check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay!

The River Rock inn was perfect for our niece's wedding in Bellevue. Extended family in for the weekend and the mansion had plenty of space for everyone. Great kitchen/great room for family gatherings & meals throughout the weekend. With every room having it's own bathroom, a huge bonus for us given that we had 14ppl getting ready for the wedding Saturday morning. Dan quickly responded to every message/request, and was flexible with check in and check out times which was important to our group as we had ppl coming from different areas/states, and some varying flight times as well. A beautiful spot on the river that was easily walkable to downtown Bellevue which is a very cute little town. Would definitely recommend the River Rock Inn and hope to stay there again in the future.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It’s in a very cute town and overlooking the Mississippi. The room was much bigger than the pictures, jacuzzi was also more spacious than expected. Seeing that it was close to a busy road and train worried me but it was super quiet and peaceful. I couldn’t even tell the train was going by! Definitely worth it!

Beautiful location along the river. Host was responsive and accommodating. We stayed the day after a snow storm and literally had the place to ourselves! It was amazing! We look forward to coming back in warmer weather.

Perfect place for a 5 pax, comfy, clean, just beside isla verde. Dan’s a good host to speak with and he has chairs, beach towels that we used when we go out of the beach. The neighboring community is a safe place for a tourist and has a nearby 24/7 grocery store. Hands down to this places, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
