Walk to restaurants, bars, casinos, Jet Ski tours, parasailing & shopping. We are also near Old San Juan, the Rain Forest, Caves and more. Direct access to the beach! Free parking space included. * Pool currently closed for renovations, prices reduced to accommodate price of Pool Pass at a neighboring resort.

Completely remodeled 2 bedroom condo with ocean views on the 15th floor. Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven, air fryer & microwave as well as clothes washer & dryer in the condo. Bedrooms and living room all have individual air conditioners. We are five minutes from the SJU airport, and only a 10 minute drive to places like Old San Juan, Condado, and the Coliseo for concerts. Direct secured access to the beach. Located next to the Fairmont El San Juan Resort & Casino and directly on Isla Verde Beach! Enjoy extras like beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Outdoor shower at beach entrance to wash off. The condo has a 24 hour security, a free designated parking space in the attached parking garage is included, as well as direct beach access. Full service bar located in the lobby with service to the beach area. Cafe open in the lobby for breakfast & lunch including snacks, coffee and smoothies.

Other Details to Note

If arriving early you may leave your luggage with the front desk until check-in time. Renovations to the building including pool is being done weekdays. If renting a car there is a parking space included free of charge in our parking garage. Please note oversized vehicles may not fit in the garage and would need to be parked off site. You can also take a Taxi/Uber to Old San Juan, El Yunque Rain Forest, Bioluminescent Bays, Caves and more! This island has it all!

Please respect the condo and keep noise levels to a minimum at night. Also be sure to add trip insurance to your vacation for any disruptions due to missed or canceled flights as we may not be able to accommodate date changes due to flight or travel issues. We are also not responsible for any amenities offered by the building which may be unavailable without notice due to maintenance or staffing concerns. We ask that upon checkout that trash is removed to the garbage chute, wet towels are placed in the shower, and the dishwasher is started. If anything is damaged or not working properly during your stay please let us know. We provide several days worth of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dishwasher solution. Same with trash bags, shampoo/conditioner. Additional toiletries can be purchased in the building’s cafe & general store, or nearby at the Pueblo Grocery Store or Walgreens if needed for extended stays.

Perfect place for a 5 pax, comfy, clean, just beside isla verde. Dan’s a good host to speak with and he has chairs, beach towels that we used when we go out of the beach. The neighboring community is a safe place for a tourist and has a nearby 24/7 grocery store. Hands down to this places, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! the rooms/beds/bathroom were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beach chairs were great, and we had plenty of towels and beach towels. Our host was quick with a reply and very kind. The property had great service and the cafe was delicious! Beach was so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We hope to stay again, thank you so much!
